When
an employer becomes insolvent, there will be some schemes that do not
qualify for compensation from the Pension Protection Fund (PPF).
This is because the scheme is either a Defined Contribution (DC) arrangement,
or a Defined Benefit (DB) arrangement where the assets are shown to be
sufficient to meet their PPF level of liabilities.
Capital Cranfield are experts in winding up both DB and DC arrangements
of insolvent employers. It is this specialist knowledge and experience
that means that we are well placed to serve the needs of members of all
types of schemes. |
