TOM HOUSTON

Tom has worked with Capital Cranfield Trustees since 2009. He represents Capital Cranfield as a trustee board member. Tom has notable trusteeship experience and currently chairs one of the UK's largest pension schemes.

Tom’s former full time career – as a senior finance director in the pharmaceutical industry – also encompassed sales and marketing and manufacturing.

In addition to his trustee skills, Tom can offer extensive experience of business change management, including major company mergers, due diligence on potential acquisitions and the integration of manufacturing businesses and finance functions.

As an independent trustee, Tom has the breadth of experience to understand corporate strategy and priorities.
