BOB BRIDGES

Bob has worked with Capital Cranfield Trustees - formerly in the role of Managing Director - since 2003. He represents Capital Cranfield as chairman of trustees and as a trustee board member to schemes - several with household names - ranging in asset size from £3.5bn to £2m.

Before working with Capital Cranfield Bob was a director of Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited and Head of Business Development at Legal & General Investment Management. Before that Bob spent 33 years at Prudential Corporation in a wide number of pension roles, including Director of the Corporate Pension Division.

Bob has played a full part in the pensions world having served on committees of the NAPF and SPC. At the PMI he has been Vice President, Chairman of the Education Committee and Chairman of the Examiners for the PMI/IEBA International Benefits Diploma.

In 2009 Bob was awarded "Independent Trustee of the Year" by readers of Engaged Investor.
