Stephen joined CCTL in 2006, having been Managing Director, Operations, at Aon since 2001 and before that Head of its London and Midlands Regions.

A mathematics graduate from Bath, Stephen began his pensions consultancy career in 1973, spending 10 years as a director at Godwins. His extensive trustee experience includes chairmanship of the industry-wide Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme and of Aon UK Trustees Ltd.
