Roger joined Capital Cranfield in 2009.  

He spent over 30 years as a consulting actuary and was a partner with Watson Wyatt from 1988.  He has advised pension trustees and sponsoring employers on all aspects of scheme design and financing, pension aspects of M&A, compliance and simply thinking their way through problems.
 
His clients have ranged from the schemes of FTSE 100 companies with assets in excess of £1bn - to private companies with schemes of less than £100m. He has been a frequent conference speaker and was for many years responsible for Watson Wyatt's trustee training courses.
 
Roger believes that his experience - coupled with an ability to analyse apparently complicated problems into their simple components - can prove a valuable asset to trustee boards.
