Mike joined CCTL in 2001, and has experience on both the benefits and investment aspects of pensions, having worked for what is now Mercer and for a number of leading asset managers.

Well-known within the pensions business, Mike is a Past President of the PMI, a former Board Member of TPAS and a founding member of the NAPF's South Eastern Group. He also sat on the CBI Investment Committee which investigated pension investment in the UK and currently sits on the Advisory Investment Committee of the World Health Organisation.

Mike has lectured on investment management at the Cass Business School.
