A founding Director of Capital Pension Trustees in 1992, David became a Director of CCTL when the company was formed in 1999.

From his position as Investment Manager to the British Airways pension schemes he joined Charterhouse Bank in 1983, where he was to become Investment Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee. For a number of years David was the advisor to the NAPF on corporate relations.
