Carol joined Capital Cranfield in 2009.  Based in Falkirk, Carol has a strong track record of consultancy with leading firms, including investment consultancy with Mercer.  She has experience of turning around difficult client relationships where her communication and meeting skills have proved particularly valuable.

As a Chartered Financial Analyst, Carol holds the most globally recognised of premier investment designations.  She also holds a first in applied mathematics from St Andrews and has extensive experience of working for and within pension fund clients.
