Our policy
of recruiting individuals with a broad skill base sets us aside from our
competitors. All our executives have a wide knowledge of pensions. Their
backgrounds are varied and include consultancy, investment management, actuarial
and legal.
It is not sufficient merely to have experience of pensions to qualify
as an effective independent trustee. We strongly believe other skills
are required to manage suppliers, control budgets, manage conflicts and
communicate well.
We recognise that pension schemes vary considerably and always nominate
the most suitable individual to represent us, taking into account the
circumstances and particular needs of each client. We work closely with
one another, sharing knowledge and experience, whilst safeguarding confidentiality.
Each nominated individual is "shadowed" by a colleague, thus
ensuring a depth to every client relationship and an assurance of continuity.
