Allan joined CCTL in 2006 from Watson Wyatt, where he had been a partner since 1991.

Originally a mathematics and physics graduate, Allan's specialisms include governance, risk assessment and management, scheme provider assessment, selection and management and project management. He worked at Equitable Life between 1974 and 1988 and at Target Life prior to Watson Wyatt.
